CERT-FR Watch in Google Chat

Description

Every hour, the script reads the public CERT-FR feed and posts each new publication as a card in a Google Chat space. Each publication opens its own thread, so the team discusses it in place.

• Category recognised at a glance: alert, security advisory, news bulletin, threat report, indicators of compromise… each with its own icon, written label and colour.
• Never a duplicate: a publication is only remembered once Google Chat has accepted it, and is never posted again.
• Filterable by category and age, with a dry-run mode on by default.
• Minimal permissions: posting through an incoming webhook, with no Google Chat scope. Operational alerts go by email, never to the space.

The script relays, it does not judge: whether the organisation is affected remains the team's call.
