Advanced Generate a pre-filled link
Send a form with some answers already filled out for your users.
To pre-fill a form:
1. Open your form in Google Forms.
2. Click the three dots in the top right, then select Get pre-filled link.
3. Fill in the fields you want to pre-populate.
4. Click Get link at the bottom of the page, then copy it.
